Updates,

Improved Dashboard Translations

Łukasz Ostrowski

Recent Saleor update brings an improved translations user experience for the Dashboard. Translate even more effectively!

A while ago, we asked you on our Discord about areas of Saleor Dashboard that need improvement. Let's just say, we didn't need a translator to help us with reading the feedback 😉.

In response, we just shipped some updates to Dashboard translating experience! A number of UX enhancements are available right now in Saleor Cloud and OS Saleor (from 3.21 upwards).

What's new?

Let's take a look at the most important changes:

Link core entities to translations

Main e-commerce entities like product, categories or models are now equipped with a quick-link to its own translation page:

Improved languages switcher

We updated the language switcher. Now it's searchable by both language and the locale ISO code:

Memorize last used languages

The last ten used languages are now memorized and displayed on top of the language switcher. When you navigate from entities to translations, the last used language is selected by default.
